We had a wonderful time visiting Uni Hamburg today and received a brilliant lecture from Dr Michel Clement on managing the ugly customer. His generosity of his time and energy was greatly appreciated by all, plus we learned not only about this critical marketing concept but also learned much about the German University system and the German University culture. After the lecture we had a great group discussion about what we learned and then we all split up to find lunch and enjoy the perfect weather today. In a couple hours we will jump on a train for Berlin.
